Refund Policy

Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their subscription details before completing payment. Once a subscription is

activated, it cannot be refunded or partially refunded.

You may cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our

support team.

Cancellation will stop future renewals only. Your current subscription will remain active until its expiry date.

If you experience any technical difficulties while accessing our platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Technical issues alone do not

qualify for a refund unless required by applicable law.

If your account is charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a payment gateway error, please notify us

within 7 days along with the payment reference.

After verification, the duplicate payment (if confirmed) will be processed according to the payment provider's guidelines.

If a payment is deducted from your account but the subscription is not activated, please wait for the payment

confirmation.

If the issue persists, contact our support team with your transaction details. Once verified, the payment will either be

successfully activated or processed according to the payment gateway's settlement process.
